I gotten taken advantage.... I thought it was right but I got scammed.. On Friday I dropped off my car to the place and I had 4 brand new speakers and 2 amps and and one sub that need to be installed.. Later that day he called me that the size of the speakers wasn’t the correct size and the amp needed to be 4 way channel. I had a choice that I can get new stuff or he can go to his “whole sale warehouse” to get equipment. I told him he can chose the equipment at the wholesale warehouse. Later I called him back to get receipts and pics what are the prices for the speakers and amp but he didn’t... red flag.. I got off at work around 5 and went straight to the place I was unsure the prices for the equipment so I told him May I see the receipts for amps and speakers and he told me I can’t disclose that info to customers. Red flag.. so I told him what is the model name for the amp and he said it’s Crunch 4 way 1000 watts which cost “$240”. So I was thinking I need to double check the cost and I search it on google and it cost $80.. I talked to him about the price and what wholesale does he use and he said he went to big5 electronics in Cerritos. I called the place and they never answered. I was on to something so I told him please don’t install that amp and I’ll get another amp. So I went to Best Buy and I gotten a kicker 720 amp 4 way channel for $150. So I went back to the place and dropped it off. I went back 20 mins later and I went to see the finish product. I am pleased with quality of work but the labor cost was more than the equipment itself 2-3 times more. The installation itself for the speakers cost $400 for 4 speakers, the installation for 2 amps cost $320.. It was $720 for those 2 parts... the total cost was $1,000.... I highly recommend please do not go to this place because they will take advantage of you like a snap a finger. They don’t care about “you”. They only care if a person is naive they will take your money and run away. I learn this in a hard way and it’s a tough pill to swallow so please don’t go there.
