Do not hire this company!!! Our house was just inspected by these thieves. They are truly piranas, preying on innocent first-time, clueless buyers. This guy took almost 5 hours to do the inspection, whispering to the buyers the entire time and trying to become friends with them rather than actually do his job. Listen, it is in these predators' interest to sink your deals...It gives them more houses to inspect for a ridiculously over-priced fee! Do you actually want to move to that house that you've been so excited about or do you want to be scared off from the deal by these predators because of non-existent flaws that these crooks supposedly find?! And on top of everything, this "inspector" screwed up the heating system in our house with his "inspection" so our heat wouldn't work! This company is such a rip-off...don't be fooled!
