MEINEKE - BALTIMORE, MD

Went to MCC #1782 on Falls (3901Falls Rd) Road, back in May 7, 2015 till around June 8, 2015 for repairs on our 1998 BMW! I explain that we did not have a lot of money. That I had just started back working, after losing my job because I had to take care of my husband , who was recovering from a stroke and heart disease! They seem concern, but it was only an act! They took us for every dime that they could get! Broke parts on our car! Made bad judgment calls on repairs,!!! Most of the work that was done, had to be done over my another shop!!! We are out so much money!! We have, had to pay for work that wasn't done, that they, (Meineke CarCare) did wrong and some of the work, they said that they did, and did not do!! It's not the workers, so much, as it was the father and his girl, daughter team, they're the worst!!!! She is the administrative assistant and he is the manager! They play you like a fiddle!!!! With the act of kindness and trust, then when you go to get your car, it's another thing!!! Do yourself a favor and Don't go to Meineke on 3901Falls Rd!!!! Really bad management and work!!!
