A&L TOWING LAS VEGAS - LAS VEGAS, NV

The owner of this towing company also owns Pitbull Towing. They were sent to tow my 2021 travel trailer and the guy showed up with a tow truck without a ball to mount the trailer on. He then proceeded to try to chain and strap my brand new travel trailer to where the ball mount was supposed to be. I asked him multiple times if it was safe to do that and told him I would rather stay another night and have him come back the following day with the proper equipment. He said he’d been doing this for 20 years so trust him. As soon as he moved, he dropped my travel trailer, damaging the tounge of the trailer. He then didn’t have the right lights so tried stretching car lights to the rear of the trailer and damaged the rear bumper. Then when we finally got home, he unhooked it before I had blocks behind the tires and the trailer slid damaging the tounge jack. Filed a claim through his insurance and it was denied because he didn’t have the correct coverages to tow something other than a car on his truck. This has been a nightmare. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and PITBULL TOWING!!!!

If I could do ZERO stars!!!! They deserve zero stars!! Let me make this quick and short! I’m at a Walmart parking lot and I accidentally locked my in the car... I call, spoke with Mike! Everything was fine he mentioned he was sending someone over to unlock my car and they would be here in approximately 15 minutes.. I waited right by my car with my phone in my hand.... 30 minutes passed so I called.. Mike answers he said the person he sent called me twice when he got there and LEFT!!! I had NO missed calls... Mike then tells me he’s going to call him and then call me back.... here I am stuck in the middle of the parking lot waiting... wasting my time...When I could be calling someone else for help. I call back no answer.. still wondering if I’m going to get the help I need..I call again Straight to voicemail. I then called from a different number and there was an answer. I then asked politely for the locksmith, the man then puts me on hold...for a very long time then hangs up. It is clear to me that after all I will not be getting the help I need..I never leave review but this time was necessary.... NEVER!!!! Call this place if you Need Help!! They have TERRIBLE!!! Customer Service and will NOT come and help you..
