RIGHT NOW CONSTRUCTION - BROKEN ARROW, OK

Dealing with this company has been the worst experience I have ever had with getting work done on my house. They were to replace siding and painting the outside of my house. They were also supposed to do some painting on the inside. I gave a 50% deposit to the company. Randall the owner would not take responsibility for anything, definitely not apologize, and always blame shifts The job was started about a month ago. I was told that the job would be finished Saturday and Sunday (May 29th & 30th) and that an inside crew and outside crew were scheduled to come out. I was also told that the owner Randall would be there to make sure the job was done. Well, my husband and I arrived home from our vacation expecting to find the job completed and nothing had been done. They didn't contact us or apologize. They did offer to part ways after speaking to my husband on the phone on June 2nd and to also refund our deposit.
Randall talked to my husband 6//2021 and said he would give us back our deposit which we still haven't received. My husband did mention during their conversation that he was planning to get an inspection. My husband and I both had concerns that the partial work they had done was sloppy and not done correctly. We recently had an inspection done by a certified Hardie Installer which came back that none of the work was done correctly and that all of it needs to be removed and redone. So, we now are having to hire someone to take down his siding work and redo it as well as paint the house properly. "Right Now Constructions'" sloppy, unprofessional job needs to be completely redone. I was previously told by Randall's company in text when I questioned if things were being done correctly to hardie planks specifications and quality and they responded to me in text that their companies crew knows how to install hardie plank properly and WILL DO SO. I now know it was not done correctly AT ALL.
